Gracie has worked in hospitality for close to 20 years, across all areas of the industry. From starting out pulling pints in local Cornish pubs, she has gone on to work in operations and new openings, run multi-venue sales & events teams, and has now moved over to hospitality tech managing client training and onboarding for Kobas.
People and teams have always been a focus and Gracie has led the company culture processes for a number of the companies she has worked for. As well as a passion for hospitality, Gracie also plays steelpan and is a professional musician playing up to 50 gigs a year, including Notting Hill Carnival.
