National Federation of Fish Friers
The National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF) was founded in 1913 and is run by fish friers for fish friers. it is the official body that represents the fish and chip industry, protects the interests of fish friers and their businesses and promotes the fish and chip brand.
We represent 10,500 fish and chip businesses in the UK. 2.5 million people are employed directly in the hospitality sector and that increases to 9 million when you factor in suppliers and manufacturing.
