Chris leads on marketing, markets intelligence, business advice, start-up schemes and
partnership programmes at the NMTF. He supports a team that visits markets, festivals and
fairs every day of the week throughout the year. Chris coordinates the delivery of the Mission
for Markets campaign. He is a co-investigator in the ESRC-funded project, “Markets4People,”
led by the University of Leeds, which aims to understand, demonstrate and enhance the
community value of traditional retail markets. A marketing all-rounder, he has strong interests
in communications, research and social change. Chris is a keen traveller and loves exploring
cities across Europe.
