Yoav Baumgarten is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of B Bagel. With a background in engineering and finance, but no experience in hospitality, he had to learn the trade from scratch — rolling dough, running shops, and understanding what it really takes to build a food business from the ground up. Ten years on, B Bagel has grown into a London bagel brand built on People, Quality, Generosity, and Good Vibes. Yoav’s journey is about staying humble, learning by doing, and proving that focus and values can turn a simple bagel into a movement.
