As Head of Reservations and Partnerships UK for a branch of D.ream International, I manage key venues including Amazonico, Il Gattopardo, and Bar des Prés, driving growth through strategic partnerships and optimized reservation management. Previously, I was Head of Events & Reservations and Business Development at Novikov Restaurant & Bar.
I also serve as Event Manager and Board Member for the Golden Keys Association of Great Britain (Les Clefs d’Or), volunteering my expertise to advance hospitality excellence and community collaboration.
