Bizie Releases Revolutionary Remote Ordering App
Bizie, a leading provider of retail ordering and payment solutions, is releasing its Bizie remote ordering app, order management and activity monitoring solution at Coffee Innovation 2019.
The new Bizie remote ordering app has been designed to simplify the advanced ordering process, supported by a resilient yet flexible integration and payment backbone, which allows customers to conveniently order drinks, food and other services, aligned to ‘events’ occurring during their working day.
From ordering a coffee for collection during a daily commute, to paying for parking, or arranging other activities, the Bizie user can streamline and satisfy their needs over a busy day, saving time by ordering in advance from their favorite or most convenient outlets.

The Bizie solution can be integrated into the existing POS workflow, or provided as a standalone solution. Integration to a range of payment gateway providers creates an end to end ordering and payment process. Operating from the cloud via a series of APIs, the service allows new stores to quickly add items to their initial menu, or make instant changes to pricing and offers.
Merchants can promote and sell their services in a new online marketplace, where users search for their location based on a commute or daily routine, and pre-order at a time to suit. The Bizie Solution includes provision for loyalty within the application, or an API to a 3rd party loyalty scheme. Push notifications can be setup to send out messages at specific times and to pre-determined audiences, driving business and engagement with the customer base.
Bizie also offers merchants the convenience of an operator module for order management that also offers a full POS solution, allowing mobile app order customers to add additional items in-store during pick-ups.
