IceBox Rental Gears Up for National Expansion

After several years of planned growth and expansion, IceBox is gearing up for the next phase of our development plan; national representation. Over the next twelve months we shall endeavour to increase the geographical reach of our rental service offering to encompass more than 70% of cities in England. Shortly thereafter we shall commence the expansion into Scotland and Wales to enable us to cover the vast majority of major cities across mainland UK.
By operating from a number of carefully selected operational hubs, we shall set about ensuring that we are able to respond to 90% of delivery requests within three hours, making us the ideal first choice supplier for any and all emergency call outs and last minute requirements. This will also enable us to roll out our UK Corporate Service which will include the following:
o Central reservations – ONE single point of contact together with on-line booking via our customer friendly website booking portal.
o ONE Service Level Agreement applicable to every rental – ensuring a consistently high level of service across all locations.
o ONE point of contact for all account management issues – a dedicated contact to assist with all queries should any arise and to manage the day to day account.
o A standardised product offering ensuring customer familiarity with the operation of the trailers provided - we pride ourselves on the high quality of our trailers.
o Central billing with pre-agreed credit terms – scheduled monthly billing incorporating all rentals from all locations or split by your cost centre for ease of internal allocation.
o Standard rates across all locations – tailor made pricing structure for each corporate client based on individual spend volumes applicable at all rental locations.
Our corporate branch network, in conjunction with selected agents and partners, will allow IceBox Rental to become the UK’s leading rental supplier of refrigerated trailers. The journey has only just begun!
