This year’s Restaurant and Takeaway Innovation Expo is now just around the corner, and the event is set to be the best yet!

We take sustainability seriously, and this year we are partnering with Carbon Free Dining, the award-winning United Nations Environment backed restaurant initiative which is proving hugely popular with restaurants and their diners across the globe.

Carbon Free Dining is planting a fruit tree for every exhibitor at this year's event; each tree is planted in the developing world, providing income, education and food to some of the planet’s poorest communities, helping end poverty, not just for now, but for generations to come.

Having planted over 500,000 trees in the last 12 months alone, Carbon Free Dining is providing communities with a sustainable future, communities which without trees, would be heavily reliant on foreign aid.

Each tree will also counterbalance approximately 25kg of harmful CO2 every year of its useful lifetime of 40 years, helping reverse climate change and providing the global population with a better future.
